Mombacho Cigars Casa Favilli

Mombacho Cigars S.A. has begun to ship its limited edition pre-release Casa Favilli to retailers in the U.S. and Switzerland. Casa Favilli is touted as the first cigar ever to use a Nicaraguan Broadleaf wrapper.

“Casa Favilli is very special to me,” commented Claudio Sgroi, president and master blender of Mombacho Cigars. “This cigar is the first ever Nicaraguan Broadleaf in the industry. I am proud to say we have done something truly unique.”

Casa Favilli is the third core line cigar in Mambacho Cigar’s portfolio. Like the other Mambacho Cigars, this cigar is a puro made with all Nicaraguan tobacco. The blend consists of a Nicaraguan Broadleaf wrapper with binder and filler tobaccos from Jalapa and Condega. It will be available in 12-count boxes and will come in three different sizes: Robusto (5 x 50), Toro (6 x52), and Torpedo (5 1/2 x 52). MSRP per cigar ranges from $10.95 and $12.95. The cigar is named after Mombacho Cigars’ factory that’s located in Granada, Nicaragua.
