For a second year, Maya Selva Cigars is celebrating the Chinese New Year with a limited edition cigar.
The new Year of the Pig cigar combines traditional Chinese patterns with Mayan hieroglyphics. According to Chinese tradition, there are 12 different animals guarding the gates of Heaven. The pig is the 12th sign of in the Chinese zodiac. On a completely different continent, the Mayans believed that each person is born with a Nabual, or spirit animal, that guides each person through life.
