Before you can use the IPCPR’s FDA-approved plan, you must make sure that you are a member of the IPCPR. Once you are a member, you must review the IPCPR’s warning plan and then certify your participation. The certification is key as it will acknowledge that you’ve read the plan and agree to adhere to its content. The IPCPR is asking that those members who wish to elect into the association’s plan provide their certification no later than 11:59 PM EST on Aug. 1, 2018. The IPCPR will be submitting a full list of retailers electing into the association’s warning plan soon after.
