Gurkha Cigars has begun shipment of its re-released Master Select, which was originally introduced in 2001 and was Gurkha’s best-selling cigar that year.
“The Master Select is a beautifully crafted cigar that was always a Gurkha nation favorite,” said Kaizad Hansotia, CEO of Gurkha Cigars. “We are excited that the Master Select is arriving in stores and that our customers will once again be able to indulge with this rich, smooth cigar.”
The Olivas family made the original cigar for Gurkha in 2001 and the company is teaming up with the family once again to reintroduce Master Select using the original recipe. The mild- to medium-bodied cigar is made using a Habano wrapper, a Honduran Habano binder and Nicaraguan and Dominican filler tobaccos.
