The Corona Virus, known also as COVID-19, has been declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO), and it’s become a major disruptor of life and business across the world in the past few weeks.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) released a series of tips for employers to follow in order to contain the spread of the Corona Virus. Among those recommendations include encouraging sick employees to stay home, separating sick employees, encouraging proper respiratory and hand hygiene by all employees, performing routine environmental cleaning, advise travel precautions, and to have a flexible plan in place to plan for a possible outbreak within the U.S.
