In addition to the previously announced Moon Garden [read more here], Warped Cigars will be introducing yet another new release at this year’s International Premium Cigar & Pipe Retailers Association (IPCPR) convention and trade show next month in Las Vegas.
La Relatos, which is Spanish for “the stories,” features one of brand owner Kyle Gellis’ original blends from nearly 10 years ago. Gellis told Cigar Aficionado that he wanted to give cigar enthusiasts a chance to experience Warped’s blend profile from a decade ago and felt this was the perfect outlet to bring back this blend. The filler and binder found in La Relatos are both Nicaraguan with the filler being a mix of Corojo ’99 and Criollo ’98 tobaccos and the wrapper is Ecuadoran Habano.
La Relatos will only come in one vitola, one that Gellis is naming The First, which measures 6 x 38. Two more vitolas are expected for this cigar in the future. This cigar will be available in five-packs valued at $46.50 per pack or $9.30 per cigar.
