Artisan Vapor & CBD, one of the largest vapor retailers in the world with over 70 operating stores in three different countries, has announced that its premarket tobacco application (PMTA) has been accepted for review by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
Artisan Vapor & CBD submitted its PMTA to review in September 2020 along with many others in the industry. Its submitted application detailed scientific research that demonstrated how its products are appropriate for adult use. With its PMTA now accepted by the FDA, Artisan Vapor & CBD has passed the first stage of the review process and will now await the FDA’s determination of its products are eligible to remain on the market.
