If your manufacture any tobacco products that are subject to a tobacco product standard or to pre-market review, then your product listings must include a reference to the authority for the marketing of the tobacco product and a copy of all labeling for that product. The labeling should be exact, legible, and full color. For all other tobacco products, all labeling must be provided for the product, a sampling of advertisements, and a copy of all consumer information.
While you can mail in your Registration and Listing form, the easiest way to submit your listings is online through the FDA’s FURLS. You can login to the FURLS system by clicking here.
