Toraño Cigars will be launching two new lines, both developed from recipes in the Toraño family blend archives. These new blends will be named according to a special system of codes contained within the Toraño blend book, one named E-021 and the other W-009.
Jack Toraño, Toraño’s Brand Ambassador, commented: “Our blending team in Nicaragua re-envisioned a couple of dynamic blends from my family’s original recipes. Both new lines round out the sizes available in the Vault line while continuing the tradition of exceptional blends in stand-out packaging and affordable prices. I look forward to sharing the new Vault lines with Toraño fans at cigar shops and special events across the country.”
The new E-021 features an Ecuadoran Sumatra wrapper and hearty Connecticut Broadleaf binder. The blend includes a Honduran tobacco grown in the Jamastran Valley and Nicaraguan Esteli tobacco, in addition to Dominican Piloto Cubano. E-021 is a full-flavored medium bodied cigar that delivers rich notes of earth and leather. It will be available in two sizes: 4 1/2 x 50 and 5 x 52. The SRP ranges from $5.49 and $5.99.
