With the new merger, Randy Shorman, Vice President of Operations, will be handling the day-to-day operations for T.L. Johnson, along with heading up the new customer education premium cigar division. Due to the new regulations imposed by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), T.L. Johnson is currently working on expansion plans that will include international markets. Both T.L. Johnson Cigar Co. and Black Patch Cigar Co. will continue to be available in the U.S. as both have products that meet the Feb. 15, 2007 grandfather date.
