The deadline to file comments on the FDA draft guidance was April 30, 2019. The FDA is required to review all of the comments and then decide what action to take. The agency could issue a final guidance without any changes, amend the draft guidance based on comments received and issue a final guidance, or withdraw the guidance altogether and not issue it.
