JR Cigar Brings Back Cuban Cigar Brand Cabañas

JR Cigar has announced that it is introducing a modern take on a classic heritage brand, Cabañas. Handcrafted in Nicaragua by Don Pepin Garcia, this cigar uses some of the most exclusive and aged Cuban seed tobaccos grown in Nicaragua to give the cigar a traditional smoking experience.

“Jaime and I wanted to pay tribute to the oldest Cuban brand, Cabañas, by interpreting our vision of the traditional Cuban flavors and aromas, using interesting tobaccos grown in Nicaragua from selected original Cuban seeds,” said Maestro Pepin Garcia.

Cabañas features a Havana Rosado wrapper, Jalapa and Esteli binders and all Nicaraguan filler. It’s described as a creamy medium-to-full bodied cigar with hints of coffee, molasses and a touch of spice. It is crafted with the same quality and expertise that characterizes My Father Cigars.

Cabañas will come packaged in 20-count boxes and will be available in the following vitals: Churchill (7 x 50), Robusto (5 x 50), Toro Gordo (6 x 56), and Torpedo (6.12 x 52). MSRP per cigar will range from $8.75 to $10.50 per cigar. This cigar will be available exclusively at JRcigars.com.
