Following the successful launches of the Ferio Tego flagship brand and the Ferio Tego Timeless Collection in the Fall of 2021, the company is now announcing the release of the Metropolitan Selection beginning today. Retailers can place orders now and can expect shipping to begin this week.
“The Ferio Tego Metropolitan Selection is an important part of our portfolio,” comments Michael Herklots, co-owner of Ferio Tego. “Many of these blends were created more than 25 years ago and have been painstakingly maintained year after year. We are very proud to continue that work.”
The Metropolitan Selection is a collection of five blends that are made in three different countries, making it as diverse as it is delicious. The Metropolitan Connecticut and Maduro are both manufactured in the Dominican Republic and is described as a “mellow blend of Dominican fillers and binder tobaccos and available in either a Connecticut Shade or Connecticut Broadleaf Maduro wrapper. The Metropolitan Habano is a Nicaraguan puro made in Nicaragua and contains all Nicaraguan-grown tobaccos. It is described as a medium, creamy bodied cigar. The Metropolitan Host and Host Maduro both are made in Honduras and have a smooth, sweet flavor. The Metropolitan Selection comes in 18-count boxes with the exception of the Banker, which comes in boxes of 10 cigars. Prices will range from $7 to $11 per cigar before any applicable taxes.
