FDA Confirms Cigar Manufacturers Banned from Donating Cigars to Troops


This has turned into a bipartisan fight, as Rep. Kathy Castor (D-FL, 14th District), has introduced new legislation that would make it legal once again for charities to send cigars to soldiers. For now, consumers are still allowed to make donations of cigars to troops without penalty.
