Drew Estate has announced the cancellation of its in-person events for the remainder of 2021 due to ongoing COVID-19 concerns. The decision to cancel these events impacts the company’s planned in-store events, its upcoming multi-date Barn Smoker program, and the highly anticipated DE25 event that was set to take place at Southfork Ranch in Dallas, Texas that was going to celebrate the company’s 25th anniversary.
Last year, Drew Estate was among the companies that chose to suspend all in-person events due to the pandemic [read more here]. This recent decision was based on many of the same reasons and concerns with the company cancelling in-person events to ensure the safety of its team members, vendors, trade partners and consumers as variants of COVID-19 continue to wreak havoc throughout the world, adding unpredictability to event planning.
