Cubariqueño Cigar Co. has announced new releases and product plans for the IPCPR 2017 show. First, the company has announced its first Connecticut cigar, the Protocol Themis. This cigar pays homage to the Lady of Justice symbol, Themis, from Ancient Greek mythology. Themis was the Titan goddess of divine law and order. It has an Ecuadoran Connecticut wrapper, Nicaraguan binder and fillers. This cigar will be available in two different vitals: Robusto (5 x 52) and Toro (6 x 52) and will come in 10-count boxes.

Cubariqueño will also be updating the Protocol cigar with a new lancers size. The Protocol Probable Cause will also get a lancero vital.

“The Probable Cause Lancero will stand in at 7 1/2 x 38 and will be box pressed,” commented Juan Cancel, Cubariqueño co-founder. “It will be available in 10-count boxes. The price of the Lancero will MSRP at $10.50. The Protocol Probable Cause Lancero is being introduced as a regular production.”
