Cigar Warning Mandate Decoded

The FDA has issued new warning label requirements for cigars—and the compliance date is looming.


In a lawsuit brought against the FDA by three cigar associations that challenged, in part, the new cigar health warning statements, the federal district court upheld the validity and constitutionality of the cigar warning statements.
