China to Implement Flavored Vaping Ban in October

The new laws will impact any company that manufacturers e-cigarettes in China. It also covers all forms of vapor products including vape cartridges, vape sets and products sold as a combination of cartridges and sets. China will also regulate hated tobacco products but they will be regulated like traditional cigarettes.

It is unclear what impact China’s new regulations will have on the global vapor industry, though Vaping360 wrote: “Depending on how difficult Chinese tobacco regulators make it for manufacturers to do business overseas, many of the rest of the world’s vapers could see big changes soon in product variety and availability. Or maybe they won’t notice any change at all.”
