Plasencia Cigars has announced the release of its latest cigar, Cosecha 146.
In a press release, Nestor Plasencia, CEO of Plasencia Cigars, commented: “We are delighted to announce that Cosecha 146 has been officially introduced to the U.S. market and is now getting into the hands of our loyal consumers. Cosecha 146 is our first cigar to be introduced from our Cosecha series, which was created to commemorate the Plasencia family’s first-ever tobacco harvest in 1865 in Cuba. This cigar, like those in the Alma series, is made with the immense passion from our rich family heritage.”
Cosecha 146 features tobacco from Plasencia’s 146th harvest (2011-2012 crop). It features tobacco from Honduras and Nicaragua and is a medium-bodied, full-flavored cigar with a complex and sweet profile. It is available in five vitolas: La Musica (Robusto, 5 x 50), La Vega (Robusto Gordo, 5 1/4 x 52), San Luis (Toro, 5 3/4 x 54), San Agustin (Torpedo, 6 1/4 x 52), and Monte Carlo (Gordo, 6 x 58).
